Owl carousel not working

I’m using Owl carousel 2.3.5 and I can’t get it to work properly.
Here is the link to see the carousel in action :

When you click on any of the images, it stops at that image but I do not get a slideshow at all.
I have no idea what is causing this issue.

DCM Compare is a simple to use tool and very easy to learn. It can be run from a command line shell on Windows, OS X and Linux. On Unix you just need to use your favourite text editor to create a configuration file. It is free, open source software, licensed under the GNU GPL v3.0 license.
