I would like to suggest, for the less experienced buyer to hire as a consultant the sharpest attorney or business broker you can find and pay him for his time to watch your rear end, in negotiations and in reviewing the companies you are considering buying. In real estate we call this a buyers agent, except with businesses the listing agent will not always co-operate in splitting the commission. This means you need to be willing to pay your agent an hourly fee for helping you. Let me give you a real example.

Buying a business in today’s economic climate requires that you, the buyer, be on the ball, with regard to business basics. This economic climate, as far as businesses are concerned, is a sellers market.

Also, you can contact a junk yard, as to what car part you have so they can pick it up on your home. In some cases, the junk owner will even pay you for whatever useful things you would give him. They will inspect the parts first to make sure they do something about it in order to be resold. However, if the parts are just piece of crap, then the junk yard will be responsible in disposing them.

F. B. Aldric, in your book you mention that you went from working in a car accessories, to managing a multi-billion dollar company. Can you tell the readers how you did that?

It is always better to play it safe before you dig in. So, we strongly suggest that you be patient and run a small test before asking a manufacturer for 100 headlights. If you happen to have some spare genuinely used auto parts or you know someone that might have some you can try listing them on the web. It doesn’t cost you anything and you will be rest assured that you are not wasting your money. To list your parts we suggest that you choose a website that specializes in the industry, allows you to pay on per-sold basis, and offers automatic re-istings.

Most auto salvage yards buy cars for cash either to crush for scrap metal or to dismantle and sell the parts off the cars. Depending on the yard, they may be more focused on pushing out mass amounts of volume of scrap metal, while other yards main priority may be to buy junk cars to dismantle and sell the parts.

If you are a beginner in the world of cars, it would always be better to choose a made kit – at least until you get used to the assembly of an RC car, anyway. However, if you already happen to be a professional at putting cars together, but just haven’t raced one before, you can try your hand at building the car yourself, if you want.

About half of them were already buyers that heard the program was going to start, so they just waited until it began and then took advantage of the program to get their share of the «FREE» tax dollars. They just took their older clunkers in, got their allowed amount for the trade and went merrily on their way.
