note: i know that the split-screen with kid mode is tough for some people, but it was my choice. it was a pain to rip a movie twice, but it was worth it to have stuart little 2 on the front page more often! – kimayete
after revolutionary girl utena , i was not eager to watch another anime that i actually had to watch twice. however, this show was entertaining. i enjoyed the unique characters, the artwork, and the one-liners. in fact, it was exactly what i needed, and i am glad i chose to watch it. a little bit like pet shop of horrors , stuart little 2 is completely original and a great addition to a dvd collection, not only for boys, but for girls as well!

i usually end up watching a show twice when it’s my first anime. stuart little 2 is one of those shows. the humor is original, the characters are well-rounded, and the story is captivating. its one weakness is it’s becoming dated as technology progresses. it also reflects our own world in many aspects. can you imagine a mouse being part of the adoption process in our time? anyway, it has sparked my interest in children’s literature, and i’d highly recommend it to anyone.
i would have liked to see more touching scenes like the movie stuart little. perhaps there are some great scenes i missed. the show’s plot is very linear, but for a kids’ show, i guess it’s not surprising. i always thought of it as a combination of ace ventura and stuart little. the show has a lot of similarities to blazing rangers in its tone, which i appreciated. i would recommend stuart little 2 to anyone who enjoys lowbrow humor and lighthearted comedy.
story.stuarts mother is being over-protective of him, especially when he narrowly escapes injury in a soccer game. his big brother george has also made a new friend, will, so stuart is feeing lonely. stuart rescues a canary, margalo, from a falcon; she moves in with the littles. one day, margalo is nowhere to be found, so stuart and snowbell set out across the city to find her while george covers for stuart (the first time hes had to lie). illustration: stuart goldenberg although they are not as durable as desktop models, today’s portables are easily powerful enough to serve as one’s sole machine, and you can get a slim one, a fat one, a light one, a heavy one or just about anything in between. movie quality: bluray 480p [254mb] 720p [674mb] in the funniest movie of all time, stuart little takes the mighty mouse stereotype of the timid, sweet, little, crazy brother and turns it on its ear. instead of being the annoying, irritating little kid hanging on to his older siblings feet, he is a spunky, fearless little mouse with a curious mind and a propensity for taking big, crazy risks. subtitle: eng after they get adopted by the littles, stuart realizes that he loves them and george, even if they dont. and thats when the trouble starts. george and the cat are not happy with stuart and thats when the trouble starts. things like the cop driving the subways trying to scare stuart, the garbage men taking mickey mice on a trash chute and trying to toss them out the windows (placing the little mouse, stuart, in danger), the stinky cat trying to tear stuart’s house down with his teeth and george and snowbell trying to get rid of stuart by covering all the place with sticky glue and popcorn. stuart’s adventures continue. 5ec8ef588b
