In this tutorial, we’re going to create an awesome portrait makeup! There are many stages in this image, and we’ll show how to quickly create each. Start by creating a new document (File > New > Document). The next stage involves painting in details on this portrait. We’re going to start with an old fashion blue eyeshadow.
