The point and click interface of the application is known to be an essential feature for many people. In AutoCAD, all drawing commands are implemented as buttons that can be clicked or selected with the mouse. Simply click the ‘edit’ button to turn the option on or off.

As with any drawing program, a number of drawing tools are available in AutoCAD. You can select the tool by using the mouse to click on the button representing it. Clicking on the tool repeatedly will use it for repeated selections, allowing you to delete blocks of selected parts.

Select Import/Export > Import CAD.
