All content is a copyright of their original providers.I know a bunch of readers who are fans of the Ito Tasaki books. I’m not one of them but it’s fun to look at all the fan art that’s out there.

For those who don’t know, here’s the short synopsis: Tasaki’s day job is very boring. He writes in his free time. He likes josei manga and also writes josei manga. He’s very famous and very rich.

Then he meets Mayuko. It’s what gets his day-job-he-writes-in-his-free-time life interesting.

Now I was intrigued enough to try out a couple of Tasaki books. What I found was an excellent book with a very different concept from the others. It’s very clever.

The first one is the most recent book, I Am His Secret, about what it’s like to be a homme fatale who works in the secret service. Really fascinating. (And it’s very much the kind of book I like: a woman working for the government in the context of romance. 🙂

The second book is the previously-released Tenjou and the Sexsmith. It’s about a young couple and the secrets they hide from each other.

I’m going to be a bad blogger and only write about each book once.

I Am His Secret by Ito Tasaki

I Am His Secret is the first book in the I Am His Secret series and begins with a description of Tasaki’s day job as a secret agent:

«Another boy. Another day. Another boring life. Other people can have other things. I have other things.

Tasaki is a spy who specializes in Human Resources. His typical assignment is to put people in the position of a spy. A genuine danger is used, and they get their mission accomplished by bringing down a person. He’s good at it.

The second year of his employment at a human resources firm, his supervisor assigns him to a kind of ‘hunt’ that will blow up in his face. And then it starts.
