Yes, it’s a simple one, but this is the kind of review that makes me happy everytime when I look at it, and makes me believe that dear Apparelsig is still the best reviewer I know, especially when it comes to new Apparelsig products.

Loved my copy. Everything was different, which is actually nice. I did some work for a month trying to get into PS. I’m happy to have made the switch. The new interface is like I’m a fly on glass. It really makes you feel productive. I have some suggestions to improve efficiency of CSS and WYSIWYG, but I’m not going to worry about it. I’ll do some work and get on with my life.

I’ve been using Photoshop for over 25 years. I have owned version 1 through CS3 and a couple of different versions of CS5. Upgrading from a previous version of CS to CS5 was difficult. I burned through OTB-again CS 5.5 and lost my entire workflow. Did a trial of CS6. It was buggy and needed some major work. I extended my trial to 2 1/2 months and am happy I did. I loved the new features and worked closely with the team and Adobe for a while. Ps blew the doors off of any other program in terms of their curate templates. I still went through and made a ton of changes because I saw it at the printing lab. PS was just awesome. I’ve been a happy camper ever since. I would keep a very close eye on CS7. I’ve heard it’s a buggy mess and went back to 5.x for now. The new features are amazing. Best version yet. PS has been on a huge down climb since the «final version» of CS5. That was a bad day for a lot of us.
One of my greatest assets is my experience. If you are a good PS user, you can pick it up fast and learn to set up a new file quickly. You can work out of the box in a new file in most cases. Working back to get to backups (repeated often because of bugs) is time consuming. Been using PS forever and have all the tweaks and workflows memorized.
