I have not been able to find a way to do it. Does anyone know if it is possible?

The Windows XP version is the best – I found it downloaded on numerous sites including a site that shares them with members who are hosting it on their web server.

PhotoComment was designed to make it easy to edit the exif information of a digital picture.
It is very easy to use.
The exif information you edit using PhotoComment is not stored in your digital camera but stays in your computer.
This means that you can use PhotoComment on as many pictures as you like.
When you click on a picture in File Explorer, the PhotoComment window appears automatically.
The editing window is divided into two parts, the editing window and the preview window.
You can edit and preview at the same time.

Where is the EXIF information stored in the header of a JPEG image file?
The EXIF information is in a section that contains more than 400 bytes.
It is saved after the beginning of the image data and before the COMT time (compression time) and APP1 APP2 (camera and lens information).
