Venice Deluxe’s top-down (vertical) style has been described as «Get Smart» meets
Yahtzee.

Get Help: To use the built-in help system, tap the 3 horizontal line buttons
located above the right edge of the screen.
Hidden Treasures: Slowly aim your gondola over a hidden treasure and release the
coin to place it in a matching jar. When you spot a treasure in action, press
the A button to get a better view and watch it tumble a few times. Each
treasure has one of four special boosts, which can be applied to your
magical coins. Each boost has a different effect on your trip to the top of
the levels. For instance, the ruby boost will make your coins burst
explosively across the screen, while the diamond boost makes your coins
fly out in front of you, enabling your coins to move faster along the
screen. The lei boost will make your coins drop, allowing you to travel
higher on the slanted path, and the rainbow boost will make your coins
dance and vibrate before exploding.
Wild Shot: Press the A button to give your coins a powerful boost. This can
be used to clear hidden chutes and behind crates, giving you time to
move on before you are forced
